Born and raised in New Jersey Rachael is the youngest of five children raised by two Marines. Her childhood was filled with soccer fields, dance studios, track fields, and basketball courts. It is here where she first experienced the impact physical therapy can have on an athlete’s body and confidence.
Driven by a love of movement and a curiosity for how the body works, Rachael went on to earn both her bachelor’s degree in Biology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2009.
Since then, she has built a diverse career spanning school-based therapy, orthopedic care, and pelvic health. Along the way, she has developed specialized skills in manual therapy with compassion for treating the whole person.
Today, Rachael brings together all of those experiences to provide evidence-based care that helps people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that make their lives full.
If you’re ready to understand your body, restore your strength, and feel supported along the way, you’re in the right place.
